best version of who I can be. Over the past few years, that
drive has developed into a passion for helping others do the
same, through a combination of psychology and personal
training.
My approach is built on evidence-based training, nutrition,
and behavioural psychology. With a degree in Psychology and Human Biology, I don’t just focus on what you do in the gym, I focus on building habits, structure, and the mindset needed to stay consistent and achieve long-term results.
I have over 5 years of experience training for both muscle development and weight loss, alongside balancing strength training with running. This allows me to help you improve your physique and performance without burnout or overtraining, using programmes that are tailored specifically to your goals, lifestyle, and schedule.
